Krav Maga - Adults 
- Beginner (levels 1 and 2) Mon 7pm, Tues & Wed 6pm, Thurs 10am & 7pm, Sat 10am
- Intermediate (levels 2 and 3) Mon 6pm, Tues 7pm
- Advanced (levels 3, 4, and 5) Wed 7pm, Sat 10am
If one of our standard training times cannot fit into your schedule, please contact us to arrange a personal, alternate training time.
Krav Fit 
- Bag classes/Circuits Mon - Thurs 6pm
- Combat Conditioning Mon - Fri 6am, Sat 9am
Krav Fit is an intense fitness program that uses cross training to both increase your strength and conditioning while improving your cardio performance level and building your core strength. Workouts are done in a group setting and incorporate weight training, resistance training, plyometrics, and cardio workouts using techniques learned in Krav Maga.
The Krav Fit program uses circuit exercises consisting of anaerobic weight training and resistance exercises to build your overall and core strength, improve your balance, and increase your cardio endurance level.
The Krav Fit program also involves cardio training that uses Krav techniques such as punches and kicks, and plyometric exercises to improve your agility, speed, and cardio conditioning.
KM-X - Kids 
- Basic Thu 5:30pm
- Intermediate Thu 5:00pm
- All levels Sat 9:30am
KM-X is creative, thoughtful and custom designed so that students can see their progress and be proud of their growth. The KM-X program has a complete belt system. Our classes are organized into four levels:
- Basic Training (3 months)
- Boot Camp (6 months)
- Black Belt Club (9 months)
- Advanced Black Belt Club (15 months)

Our goal is for the students to realize that becoming a successful and accomplished person, a true CHAMPION, takes hard work and dedication. Respect, discipline, focus, sportsmanship, teamwork, manners and common sense are just some of the life skills carefully woven into the km-X curriculum.

We've developed a program to match. The class format is structured to be creative, fun and challenging. Instructors design each class to correspond to the skills and sensitivities of the students. After all, your kids are one-of-a-kind, which is why we built a program tailored to their needs. Through this X-training program, the KM-X instructors will educate your child about the importance of:
