Fit For The Fight

 
 

-Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00-6:30pm

-Saturday from 10:00-10:30am

Our fitness classes last 30 minutes, and they are intended to improve strength, endurance, and stamina to prepare our students for real world self-defense. Each fitness class is unique as the instructor runs it. Our instructors are encouraged to individualize their workouts, so no two classes are exactly the same. A class may range from striking and kicking drills to body weight exercises to fun games such as TAG. These workouts are difficult, but you are encouraged to go at your own pace.
