Women’s Self- Defense
Wednesday from 4:50-5:50pm
Our Women’s Self-Defense Classes are open to teenage girls and women of all ages. We structure our classes to be independent of each other, so that if you miss a class, you won’t fall behind. Previously taught skills will be taught in a later week.
All you need for class is comfortable clothes such as yoga pants or athletic shorts, a comfortable shirt, and tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle.
